Halesowen, West MidlandsWhen I started working for Acton banks, I gave the area's I would go and pay I would like. I kept getting text messages and phone calls from the booking team in all different areas which I hadn't picked. So they never listen to anything you say!! I was spoken to very rudely by a manager, today he spoke down to me like I was a child. Which I do not appreciate. What a joke of a company.

He was always there for me when no one else was, no matter what the query was he would always find out and get back to me without fail. Having to deal with so many unprofessional and rude staff members in the office, I have wanted to leave on so many occasions, feeling distressed and let down.
