I found Aspire to be particularly effective at familiarising me with the role requirements. As a candidate from an engineering / science discipline, these two qualities were essential. My personal employment search and contact with a number of other agencies did not identify a Credit Analyst role as a potential career change. In contrast Aspire made a strong and appropriate connection based upon my skill base. Further, they provided me with suitable information and contact to ensure I was confident of the type of role, to which I was applying.
