Hello and welcome to Breakthrough Recruitment Ltd, the first Specialist Retail Recruitment Company in Northern Ireland; founded in July 2008 by Bernadette Hendron who has over 20 years' experience in HR and the Retail Industry. We cover the whole of Ireland, the UK and also work internationally. Our approach is simple but effective in that we listen and deliver tailored solutions to fit with what our clients and candidates are looking for. Our personal touch is what makes us stand out from the crowd and we pride ourselves in taking that extra time needed to establish and form long standing relationships which have proved to be key to the ongoing success of our business.
