About the Business
Latcom was Founded in 1995. Over the years we have continued to grow and diversify alongside the IT market, gaining an extensive knowledge and understanding of the way our clients work and the candidates with the best skills and experience to suit their needs.
Latcom started out heavily involved in the banking sector of IT, proving successful in placing candidates in large financial organisations and specialising in credit cards. Since then our focus has expanded and, in addition to Finance, we now work with a range of clients across a variety of different sectors including Insurance, Retail, Aviation, Legal, Education and Construction as well as several local councils.
We take pride in our versatility and extensive knowledge of the market. We have considerable experience placing candidates in a variety of different roles and a with a wide range of skillsets from Support and Helpdesk staff up to senior Project Managers and IT Directors, and everything in-between.
