Our dedicated welfare to work and skills division, PeoplePlus, which incorporates Avanta and 2015 acquisition A4e, provides a ground-breaking and highly effective approach to reducing worklessness. Our Employment Centres offer jobseekers practical, sector-specific experience of working in various professional directions, placing them back into sustainable employment.
We are one of the largest Work Programme providers in the UK in terms of the number of jobseekers supported and contracted regions serviced, with a Work Programme presence in nine CPAs (regions) as a prime contractor and six further regions as a sub-contractor.
