A1 Personnel has been established since 1988 and we are proud of the reputation we have gained for delivering a quality service to both candidates and clients alike.
As members of the REC we operate a strict code of conduct and continue to evolve our business model to ensure we always operate on an ethical basis. Being ISO9001 accredited we ensure our business operates efficiently allowing us to minimise costs to our clients and maintain a high quality service.
We specialise in sourcing and fulfilling vacancies across Essex, Kent and London on a temporary and permanent basis whilst our dedicated RPO division caters for high volume private and public sector contracts where all stages of the recruitment process are handled efficiently through one contact and real cost savings can be made whilst compliance and efficiency levels are consistently achieved. Rather than offering a standard search and selection facility A1 Personnel operate on a truly consultative basis.
