About the Business

This established manufacturing business based in Highbridge is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service/After Sales Administrator to its busy team. This role will be working with Project Managers, Surveyors and the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in this field and be totally committed to providing the highest levels of customer service from the initial discussion through to project finalisation. You will be IT literate, particularly with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. You will also be able to work in a busy and pressured environment, prioritising your workload effectively. The working hours will be 37.5 hours a week, 9am-5pm with ½ hour for lunch. 22 days holiday + banks + each year of employment accruing 1 additional day. Regular internal training sessions will be provided to enhance knowledge of the business along with the potential to progress.
