We delivered a major site relocation project providing career transition and recruitment solutions. Results included over 35 new employees successfully hired on time, with a cost saving exceeding £150,000*. Impressive savings - and in addition to providing HR support, recruitment assessment and outplacement delivery cost included.
Initially supporting 5 employees we implemented full HR policies, processes and compliance. Within 1 year, an additional 15 recruits were delivered alongside expanding the HR function, saving annually circa £35,000*, including the cost of our ongoing HR resource.
