About the Business

Salary: £17,000 per annum plus tips (an additional £40-£50 per week potentially). Permanent Waiter required in the Westerham area for a well-renowned French Brasserie (2 x AA rosettes). Requirements: A minimum of 3 years' in the catering/service industry; excellent customer service skills (ability to converse with clients in a helpful and approachable manner); knowledge of French cuisine preferred; a clean cut/smart appearance; understanding of foreign languages an advantage but not essential. The successful candidate will undertake rotas (shift work) of up to 48 hours per week. A variable two days a week to be taken off.
