She has solid business acumen and the passion to find the right recruitment match for both the client and candidate. The Team has experienced the recruitment process from both sides of the business fence, both corporately as well as in the recruitment arena. We therefore clearly understand the client's needs and ensure that we never waste the time of the client or the candidate, appreciating the frustrations of trying to find the perfect candidate/job fit.
