I was able to discuss our difficulties recruiting and training our sales team, and received great advice and help, getting our Sales team back on track. JP Consulting assisted us last year with a number of requirements. They were helpful, honest and delivered very high quality candidates, will be more than happy to use again. When our care home needed a Manager at very short notice, JPC stepped in and within a few days had a full day of interviews arranged. All the candidates were of a high standard and we ended the day with 2 or 3 strong contenders, from which we were able to appoint a new Manager.
