MAS was founded in 1989 and over the years has grown to become one of the area's leading independent recruitment businesses. MAS specialises in providing staff to the industrial sector and places workers in temporary, permanent and temporary - to - permanent positions throughout the Thames Valley.
The Directors at MAS are Fellows of the IRP and hold formal qualifications in recruitment practice; they regularly attend courses and seminars relating to Employment Legislation and other changes within the industry and European Labour Market. Our consultants are fully trained and also attend courses provided by the IRP and all operational staff, are expected to achieve a Certificate in Recruitment Practice within two years of joining MAS.
