Personnel Assets

Viv Lawrence is the Founder of Personnel Assets, with over 30 years experience in the recruitment field.

Viv began his career back in 1977 with ATA Selection, having previously spent eight years as an Industrial Relations specialist for a large public utility, and a further two and a half years working for a private financial services company, in sales. Viv moved from ATA after five years, to join Executive Appointments (one of the first executive search consultancies to be established in the UK), where he worked for nine happy years. He then spent a year with Arlington Consultants.

In 1991 Viv accepted the position of Personnel Director at PDG Computer Aided Management Ltd, where his brief was to source and recruit first class candidates to join a young and entrepreneurial financial software development company. Viv went solo in 1993 and founded his own company (Personnel Assets) which continues to go from strength to strength.
