Regency was founded over a decade ago to provide a premium recruitment service to the Banking and Investments industry, alongside niche clients from a variety of sectors. With an unprecedented increase in demand for skilled and experienced professionals that far out-stripped supply, we recognised an opportunity to utiltise our particular blend of people-driven recruitment strategies, drawing upon our primary skills of relationship development and integrated resourcing capabilities. When traditional means of Candidate sourcing began to fail we applied proactive search and selection themes usually only associated with specialist Head Hunting firms. We were also one of the first Consultancies to offer flexible meeting opportunities to Candidates, often going out of our way to travel to destinations more easily accessed by those restricted by rigid working hours.
