We aim to provide a competent, courteous and equal service to all our clients. We further aim to provide a service which is professional, reliable and responsive to the individual needs of our clients. Our care workers undergo our rigorous recruitment selection and statutory vetting procedures.

They undertake a comprehensive induction and mandatory training where they are assessed for competency prior to undertaking care work. Our clients usually qualify for NHS/Social Care funding from local authorities or funded via direct payments, individual budgets or privately.
