Gravitas is a niche recruitment agency specialising in permanent and temporary placements in accountancy, finance and related office support in the private sector. We are based in Exeter but service the whole of the South West. Being an independent agency, we have more time to focus on our candidates' and clients' individual needs and our focus is on facilitating mutually beneficial placements where both parties' specific requirements are met. It is not in our interests to waste anyone's valuable time. As a result, our candidates and clients always find us to be completely honest about available options and opportunities. If we feel we can't offer immediate assistance, we will say so.
