About the Business
We recruit and supply teachers, teaching assistants, school administration assistants, mini bus drivers and school cleaners for temporary and permanent positions. All candidates are cleared through our rigorous and robust compliance procedures before being placed with one of our many clients.
Historically we have always worked exclusively to a large cluster of primary and secondary schools in West Lancashire. However, due to the number and quality of candidates being sourced by SHARES Recruitment, and the excellent reputation we have now schools in many different areas using SHARES Recruitment. These include Wigan, Chorley, Preston, Liverpool, St Helens, Warrington and Knowsley to name a few.
SHARES Recruitment are a unique recruitment business, different to the usual high street recruitment agency as we were set up by schools for schools and as a result SHARES Recruitment have a much more friendly and consultative service for both our candidates and our schools.
