Smart Moves Recruitment

Smart Moves is independently owned and managed by our founders Louisa Harris and Julia Hale. Our independence offers you significant benefits. It gives us the freedom to invest the time required to work properly in partnership with you. And it also gives us the flexibility to think differently and innovatively on your behalf.

Although you'll find us easy-going to work with we take the challenges of recruitment seriously. We're corporate members of our industry governing body the REC and we have affiliated FIRP membership. Our processes ensure candidates always get the right opportunities - and employers only see the appropriate people.
