Step Ahead Recruitment

Step Ahead Recruitment was formed by Michelle Brown in February 2011. With 10 years recruitment experience, both from a Recruiter and a HR/Hiring Manager perspective, we know how frustrating it can be dealing with recruitment agencies at times. We are confident that drawing upon this experience, we can offer a flawless, bespoke service, which will ensure that you come back to us every time you are recruiting.

You will find us refreshingly "low maintenance". Once we have a thorough understanding of your recruitment requirements, and an agreed schedule and method of communication, we will put the recruitment process into action. We will then provide you with a qualified shortlist of candidates within our agreed timescale.
