We offer permanent, temporary, contract and bespoke recruitment solutions nationally across a variety of sectors. TecSell have been nominated finalists in no fewer than 8 recruitment industry awards and have also secured ourselves as Hertfordshire Recruitment Company of the Year '08/09 and Hertfordshire New Business of the year '07. At TecSell, we believe that the recruitment market has become too much of a 'sales' environment which has removed a number of agencies focus on the important aspects of recruitment namely Listening, Understanding, Customer Service and Support.
