Every project and tender presents its own challenges. We offer nationwide coverage, and are able to support our clients through the sourcing and supply of staff on a price-work, permanent or daily/hourly rate basis. Frank Ashbee, James Hobden and Lewis Johnson set up The Shore Group in September 2008 after seven years working for industry leaders. Hoping to change the face of the construction recruitment industry, the trio introduced themselves and their services to over 5000 building sites across the UK.
Today, The Shore Group are the success story of the UK's troubled financial past. Having doubled in size and turnover year on year, the group deliver in excess of £80,000,000 annually. There are now seven distinct operating divisions with a clear management delivery structure. In 2013, they placed over 10,000 operatives into temporary work.
